Fox Ridge Capital, LLC (FRC) provides commercial financial products, including loans and leases. FRC does not provide consumer or personal financing. The privacy notice discloses practices for FRC and FRC-owned sites as it relates to commercial customers and use of information you provide or generated when you interact with our website. It also includes choices available regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your information.

When applying for employment, you may include your name, address, references, and employment history. If you fill out forms, send us an inquiry or request information, you may include name, email address, or invoice number or other information of your choice.

When you apply for financing or make a request on FoxRidgeCapital.com, you are asked to provide information about you and/or your company. FRC may collect information such as business name, email address, address, phone, cell, tax identification, bank name, routing number, account number, and personal guarantor identifiers. FRC abides by legal regulations to deter and investigate financial crimes. We may use financial tools to assist in offering financing. We may use Plaid Inc. to gather applicant data and financial institution information. Using FRC’s services, you give FRC and Plaid permission to access and transmit personal and financial information in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy. The use of third-party tools is to facilitate the implementation of the financing that you requested. 

We may use publicly available sources, purchased information, or third parties to receive information about you to update and analyze our records, identify customers, and provide services to you. Public sources, purchased information, and marketing data may be combined with information we already have about you to create a customized offering or advertising.

When applying for financing, FRC will use the information you provide to evaluate creditworthiness, provide you with updates regarding the application’s status, and, if appropriate, initiate funding. We may also use the information you provide to service your existing accounts with FRC and to offer you other products and services. FRC may use the information from site visitors for analytical, marketing, or other purposes. 

FRC takes information protection seriously. Employee access to the information you provide is limited to those employees who have a business reason to know such information. FRC may share your information as may be permitted by applicable law.

Retention of information may include your company name, guarantor names, address, personal and corporate identification information, or government-issued tax identification numbers, driver’s license information, corporate tax returns, or similar information used to confirm identity.
